Renewable
Biomass
Organic material that is burned or converted to liquid or gaseous form. Biomass from trees was the leading source of energy before the mass adoption of fossil fuels. Modern examples of biomass include ethanol, biodiesel and SAF, which are collectively referred to as biofuels.

Oleochemical
Oleochemicals are made from vegetable and animal oils and fats and/or petrochemical feedstocks. The major process is hydrolysis, the splitting of natural triglycerides into crude glycerin and crude mixed fatty acids, under the influence of water, temperature and pressure.

Waste Recycle
Advanced chemical recycling technology will benefit plastics value chain beyond closing the loop of the plastics life cycle by creating an ecosystem that promotes the transition to a circular economy.
